Glazed Salmon
SERVES 4 - 6
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
Glaze:
1/3 c brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp coarse grain Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Cherry Mead
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Place salmon fillets skin side down. Mix glaze ingredients together. Spoon glaze onto the fillets and spread with the back of the spoon. Bake about 8- 10 minutes. For smaller fillets, decrease time by 2 minutes; for larger, increase time by 2-3 minutes. Picture shows salmon with risotto and beets. Serve with a 2017 Bristol Valley Cherry Mead.
